Sharing the love in L.A.

Last week, Founder and CEO Scott Harrison spoke at a private event in Los Angeles hosted by charity: water supporter Charlie Ebersol. There, he met up with friends from 1Love.org, an organization started by the Bob and Rita Marley Foundation to fund life-changing work around the world.

He sat down with Rita to chat about charity: water’s history and how our vision aligns with that of 1Love.org:

On stage, Rita presented Scott with a gift of $100,000 — all of which will go toward water projects in Ethiopia. Then, over the weekend, 1Love.org launched a new Facebook tab to share the interview and their support for our work. Check it out here >

And catch some photos of the private event…

Sir, it’s a pleasure for me to have more information about your help in Africa.
I’m from cameroon and i live in Germany.
I can’t explain my self to much and i can’t help more than only if you need me to do a concert without money just to give my voice or my music to help , just write me and i will happy to give what i give.
I’m say that because i’m realy sad about our situation in Africa and i don’t know how i can help and i will realy happy to help with my music.

While waiting your positive reply, i remain yours and reveive my sincèrely greeting.

Clean water for all people in 3rd world countries through http://www.fishingcross.com. Purchase a little fish cross for somewher around $15 and it will provide a Brita type straw that a person can wear around their neck for clean water anytime. They simply wear the device around their neck and use it like a straw. The straw like device is good for a year. Anyone into providing a large quantity of these to people in Africa, you would surely be providing a very special gift. Clean water in 3rd world countries is almost unheard of. Please everybody, $15 won’t break your bank.

God bless, always walk in the light………. believe <3

I’m deeply impressed. How can I help?
I could give to charity one of my paintings to a well known gallery in NY, LA or in Europe.
