EXHIBITIONS
charity: conducts traveling exhibitions that educate the public about global issues and provide opportunites for anyone to make a difference.

On September 22, 2006, charity: kicked off a ten day run in some of New York City's premier parks, including Central Park, Union Square, Washington Square, Tompkins Square and Battery Park. In those ten days and one weekend in the Hell's Kitchen Flea Market, charity: raised just shy of $20,000.

That's 1+ wells in Central African Republic,
2+ wells in Uganda,
5 wells in Malawi,
8 wells in Ethiopia,
... people who will have water for the next 15 years.

Beyond the financial success of the outdoor exhibition, we reached more than 20,000 people with our message about the enormity of the water issue much of the world is facing, and enabled them to make a difference. A great start to the things that can be accomplished when people are moved to help.
