Glendale Salonspa is celebrating 34 years of beauty and wellness services. We join the Aveda network each year to raise funds to support Worldwide Earth Awareness.
For the past fifteen years, we have partnered with local non-profits dedicated to protecting and enjoying the world’s oceans, waves, and beaches. We have partnered with Charity: Water, a non-profit dedicated to bringing clean water to every person on the planet. Our chosen organization does this through conservation, activism, research, and education. Aveda has raised over $80 million for environmental causes since 1999 and over $25 million with Charity: Water. Glendale Salonspa is proud to say that we have raised over $160 thousand from our silent auction efforts alone.
April is Earth Month, and while our environmental responsibilities are year-round, we invite you to join us in celebrating our 17th annual Silent Auction. In our efforts to raise money and awareness for the Charity: Water Foundation, we will be holding our Silent Auction starting April 13th. We will be taking donations for the silent auction until April 26th. Our online auction will end, close at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 27th.
Each year, our silent auction has been growing and becoming more popular. This year, our goal is to raise $5,000.00. We hope to have items donated from local businesses and corporations to create excitement for our guests and support our community. As always, 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Charity: Water Foundation. We appreciate your time and hope you’d like to help us raise awareness for clean water in California and worldwide.
