Get your OOO reply ready. We take Fridays off in the summer and winter to prioritize work/life balance.
After five years, our team is encouraged to take a 6-week paid sabbatical to travel, volunteer, learn something new, or work toward a personal goal.
We offer full-time employees a 401k plan and employer match.
Whether it's a conference or online course, we give yearly stipends so that every team member can continue to develop their craft.
As we continue to work remotely, our team receives a regular budget to create a comfortable and productive home office space.
We provide top-notch medical/dental/vision, flexible spending accounts, employer-paid life insurance, and short- and long-term disability.
We support our parents (and their future world-changers) with a 16-week paid parental leave, plus a transition period upon return.
We make mental health a priority, offering resources that promote healthier habits and foster resilience in times of stress.
Around here, we don’t just work collaboratively. We celebrate birthdays, give regular #high-5s, and show off photos of our babies and pets. We travel abroad together (when it’s safe) and have virtual coffee in the meantime. We gather for All Staff Meetings and Friendsgivings, share hobbies, make valentines, and roast one another. Turns out, when you work for a cause you care about, it doesn’t take long to make friends out of your coworkers.
While we’ll always call NYC home, our team now works remotely across the US. No matter where our home offices are located— in an apartment in San Francisco or a beach bungalow in Florida or a farm in Pennsylvania—we are connected by one mission. Join us from wherever you are!
