You'll be on top of all the information flowing in and out of our water programs in the field.
You’ll support the major donor development team internally and externally.
You’ll promote a comprehensive strategy to develop lasting donor relationships through research, donor management system optimization, and data-focused departmental support.
You’ll craft compelling and thoughtful copy to bring our mission to life for a variety of audiences and channels.
You’ll create intentional and supportive resources for our talented and passionate team.
You’ll work with a distributed team of engineers to develop and maintain the technology that engages and grows the charity: water donor community.
You’ll implement data models, architectures and ETL pipelines enabling the organization to drive business solutions and improvements and derive insights through data.
You’ll turn our biggest technical needs and challenges into detailed software engineering tasks and ensure they are prioritized and delivered reliably.
You'll cultivate meaningful long-term relationships with our most impactful donors to help the organization exceed revenue targets.
You’ll be responsible for growing and retaining the audience for The Spring, our monthly membership program. You’ll spearhead our lifecycle marketing strategy and oversee performance channels, retention and supporter experience.
You’ll lead product development, design, business intelligence, and supporter experience for our consumer products, with emphasis on growing The Spring, our monthly membership program.
