Hi Everyone!

Created by former Navy SEAL, David Goggins, the 4x4x48 challenge is exactly how it sounds; Run 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours. The goal is to raise money for various charities and encourage participation throughout the community. My team and I are raising funds for a non-profit organization called charity: water, and our goal is to raise $1,000.

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean! But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation; It doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections, and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities globally.

I created this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.

I am asking for donations by the mile, so $1/mile would total $48, etc. Please donate to my campaign -- anything you can give is a huge help. For those who are unable to donate or who enjoy an uphill battle, please consider joining the team and completing the challenge with us to raise money for a good cause.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
