Hi, we are doing a campaign that involves a lot of paint and balloons. What were gonna do is set up two joined campaigns. Our other campaign is "Have a glitter full day!". If you donate to this campaign you are voting for us to chuck giant balloons with paint at each other. If you donate to the other campaign you are voting for us to chuck balloons filled with glitter at each other. Whichever campaign raises the most money is the type of baloon we will throw. If both of the campains reach their goal of $1000 we will throw both types of baloon. (That means double the amount if baloons) At the end we will do a slip and slide with shaving cream and soap...only if we meet both of our goals.

This year our 8th grade class at SCFCS is raising money for Charity Water. Many students are doing crazy things to grab attention and raise money for clean water in developing countries. Check out our campaigns and consider donating to these extraordinary students!

You wanna talk about crazy?

663 million people on this planet don’t have access to clean water. That’s 1 in 11 of us!

That means 1 out of 11 people in our world is drinking water that comes from a river, lake or muddy hole in the ground every day. Dirty, contaminated water that has leeches and debris in it. Water that causes disease, keeps kids out of school and takes hours to bring back home.

What’s NOT crazy is doing something to help. I joined charity: water’s September Campaign this year because I believe that every person on the planet deserves clean water, and I’m looking for anyone who can help me.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects for people in need, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.

You can give a little or you can give a lot. The craziest thing we can do is nothing.
