I've been thinking about the holidays and gift giving time and trying to think of a way to make things more meaningful. This year I've decided that for every person I buy a gift for, I'll donate a dollar to "My Charity Water" campaign. I hope you'll join me. I figure if I can afford a gift for my friends and family, I can afford an extra dollar in their name to help someone else. It just gives me more incentive to find those great deals on my annual shopping trip. ;)
So, I've gone through my list and I'm giving a dollar for everyone that will receive a gift from me this year. (I rounded up, because you never know, I might make a few new friends between now and then.) Please join me in making this gift-giving time extra special. If a dollar per person is too much, how about a penny, dime or 50 cents?
This is such an amazing organization. You can't go wrong in helping others and 100% of your donation will go to fund clean water projects.
