To honor David's legacy as both a globally caring citizen and diplomat, Elna and his family have establish this fund to provide clean water to 250 people. During his life, David's passion for people was one of his most outstanding characteristics. Armed with a keen intellect and boundless energy and charm, David lived his life in service to his country and his faith. Note that with Charity Water, 100% of your donation is utiized for this clean water fund and delivering clean water to 250 people who currently have very difficult access to clean water.
