This is a cause I care deeply about. Providing clean and safe drinking water to developing countries improves health, education, and opportunity – especially for women and children.

The severity of this problem can be difficult to comprehend. To get a sense of scale, the average wedding in the U.S. has 136 guests – more than 10x that number of children will die *every day* from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped. Here's proof of completed projects from my past fundraising campaigns:
