Give8-Bit World Water Day Campaign
Our goal is to run events which bring the gaming community together. As a collective we can make a huge impact, and our upcoming event will provide donations to Charity : Water's project in Kenya. Together we can work towards solving this devastating global issue. For every $20,000 raised one well is built in Eastern Kenya.
And here are the cold hard facts:
1.1 BILLION PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD LACK ACCESS TO CLEAN WATER.
EVERY 20 SECONDS A CHILD DIES FROM A WATERBORNE ILLNESS.
APPROXIMATELY 10% OF THE GLOBAL POPULATION ARE INGESTING FOOD GROWN USING UNSANITARY IRRIGATION
