My 30th birthday is around the corner and I'm so thankful to be able to experience "30". As a lot of people know, in 2012 I presented a testimony video at my church explaining that I lived in denial and fear about my health condition called Cystic Fibrosis and that I finally broke free from the weight of the stress. I gave it over to my Creator! When I was born, the doctors encouraged my parents to "just try and get her through high school". Therefore, I am celebrating life and health big this year!

In order to help others have HOPE for a healthier and longer life, I’m asking all my friends and family to donate to my birthday charity campaign: "You Shall Not Thurst" and give clean water to people who desperately NEED it, in lieu of birthday gifts.

Did you know that almost a billion people on the planet don’t have access to clean drinking water? Every day, 5,000 kids die from water-related illnesses before they reach their fifth birthday. But it doesn't have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

100% of EVERY DOLLAR you donate to my birthday campaign via CharityWater.org will be used to build clean water projects in developing countries. CharityWater.org funds their operating costs separately through a group of private donors, so 100% of all public donations will go directly to people in need.

Help me make this birthday my best ever -- donate to my campaign! Every dollar is appreciated. Please help and make a difference in this world!

PS. I am aware that this campaign is spelled "Thurst" not "Thirst", but it's too late to correct the spelling since the link has already been advertised. Please try and see it as trendy...lol
