goal
Maybe you remember celebrating your "golden birthday." It's the lucky day when you turn the same age as your birthday. Mine arrived at age four.
Why pass up a chance to celebrate another golden birthday? This year, I'll turn 44 on April 4—that's 4/4.
I'd like to rebrand this extra special birthday the "Clean Water Birthday." If you didn't have access to a safe and reliable source of clean water, a water point would be worth its weight in gold.
Please donate to charity:water. Give $4.44, or $44, or any amount you choose. And if you come from a culture where this whole "four" thing seems horrifically unlucky, remember that 4 + 4 = 8!
