For the fourth year in a row, my students and I begun a fundraising campaign to help build water projects around the world. Many of my students had to "walk for water" themselves before their families came to America. They have taught me the urgency of the water crisis.
Millions don’t have the "luxury" of clean drinking water. Each day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions. 100% of the money donated will be used to build clean water projects, & when complete, Charity: water will send us photos & GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
