This is my "loose change" summer project to bring together as many people in my network as possible to support charity:water's work in helping developing nations get access to clean water. I've set the goal fairly low--only $500--because I want to have an easy entry point (and I think we can exceed that). You can set aside some loose change over the summer. Give a small amount (or not). Give anonymously (or not).
For my contribution, I'm going to be giving $.25 per mile of biking, fitness-walking, & hopefully running from now until September 30. [Looking to gradually increase my weekly mileage here. :) ]
Together, we've got an incredible opportunity to provide clean water for those in need. At charity: water 100% of donations go directly to the water projects, and we'll get to see exactly what projects our dollars funded. Please join me.
