The idea is pretty simple: If friends (and friends-of-friends) band together and focus their monthly giving on one project at a time, we can start completing entire water projects at a fairly rapid pace.
Once we complete a project, we'll receive GPS coordinates, details, photos, etc. about the project. This will be pretty special and meaningful.
We're starting with one well in one year, with high hopes that we can do more as the coalition of friends grows over time.
The secret sauce is a blend of friendship, accountability, targeted giving, and regular updates to maintain momentum.
