Instead of birthday gifts, help me celebrate my birthday by giving clean water to those in need.
My beloved friends,
Congrats, you are just one step away from giving me an unforgettable 21st birthday!
I decided that me turning legal should be less about me and more about our friends who live in Sudan, Ethiopia, and Venezuela, among many. There are around 800 million of them who live without access to clean water. They have to walk for hours just to carry back dirty water contaminated with germs, resulting in water- related illnesses and deaths.
You guys mean so much to me even without the presents, cake, and surprise. That’s why for my 21st, I am asking you to instead set aside 21 dollars. This is enough to provide one person with clean water. However, you can also give in any other amount you want to.
Our goal is my birthdate in dollars. While the money raised may not change the situation much, this act of giving will, at the very least, change our hearts.
I also encourage you to share the link to this page on your social profile. Thank you all, may God bless each and every one of you.
happy belated birthday talisha! God is doing something amazing through you
