As you may or may not know, Grace and Ford have been researching and preparing to bring their Water 4 Life campaign into action through Charity Water. They heard about this charity over the summer and were shocked to hear that so many people in the world (over 700 million) don't have access to clean drinking water - and often have to walk for many miles to just get unsanitary/disease filled water, which they, (mostly women and children) then carry back to their homes in large, heavy bottles called Jerry Cans. Then, when they heard that this seemingly simple privilege keeps many kids from being able to go to school, they wanted to help too. Maybe it had something to do with them not being able to go to school last year themselves - or possibly the drought in California? - but it caused them to want to make a change - to raise money to help and eventually to raise enough money to build a well that will support an entire community. 100% of your donations go directly to bringing water to those in need.
