Thirty years ago, I arrived in Hoboken with a dream, $5,000 from a sold Toyota Celica, and nothing else. Three decades later, that bet became Krupp, an agency built on remarkable brands, incredible people, and a team I love.

To celebrate 30 years, I'm donating my company's anniversary to charity: water.

696 million people still drink dirty water every single day. As a female entrepreneur, I was especially moved to learn that the burden of collecting water falls almost entirely on women and girls — who sometimes walk up to eight hours a day just to bring dirty water home to their families. Kids shouldn't drink dirty water. Women should not walk for water. And the good news: it's a completely solvable problem.

Every $40 provides clean water to one person. $250 serves an entire family. $10,000 brings clean water to a whole village. And Darren and I have agreed to match the first village raised.

100% of every dollar donated goes directly to clean water projects. charity: water will even send back photos and GPS coordinates showing exactly where your money went and what it built.
