The Privilege to Pee @ Villanova Theatre

Organized by Miles Noecker

There’s no fee to pee at Villanova Theatre’s production of URINETOWN, but we encourage you to think of those around the world experiencing water insecurity. Celebrate your privilege to pee with a donation for clean water!

$1,150

Villanova Theatre wants clean water for everyone! Forever!

URINETOWN follows a drought-stricken dystopian city where private toilets are outlawed and the privilege to pee comes with a fee. A corporate tyrant controls the public amenities, squeezing every penny from society's most basic need. This satirical look at class struggle and environmental collapse reflects real world issues of water insecurity and we at Villanova want to bring change.

Every $40 raised will provide a lifetime of clean water to one person. Most importantly, 100% of every dollar you donate will go directly to providing the life-changing gift of clean water where it’s needed most. CHARITY: WATER will even report back with details of where your money went, and how it’s helping.

URINETOWN if officially open! Thank you so much to those who made last night's opening so special and a HUGE thank you to those who have donated to this cause! As we continue our run, we ask our humble audience to help spread the word about our efforts to bring clean drinking water to those experiencing water insecurity. We hope to see you at the Mullen Center between now and April 26th. On with the shooooooooow!
