Field Notes

Before this water project was constructed, women and children had to make multiple trips every day to collect dirty water, often missing school and opportunities for income generating activities. Thanks to Gram Vikas, a borehole has been drilled, piping water to several households in this community. Additionally, all consumers have received hygiene and sanitation training and know how to properly manage their water supply system.
