Tiny Heroes

Noa

Most likely to win an Oscar.

After seeing a video from charity: water, Noa set out to make her own Public Service Announcement (PSA) for clean water. She went on a journey (filmed by her dad) and imagined what it would be like if she had to collect water from a local source every day. The PSA alone would have been plenty, but Noa had a few more ideas up her sleeve. She created a lemonade stand! And a hot chocolate stand! And did an art show with her mom!

Thanks in part to Noa’s efforts and the generosity of her friends and family, four communities in Bangladesh now have access to clean and safe water.

If someone said that kids are too young to make a difference, I would go get my siblings and tell them, ‘Watch this. We’ll prove you wrong.’ Even though we’re small, we can do a lot.

When I was seven years old, I set a goal to raise $10,000 for charity: water. With the help of so many amazing friends, we reached that goal together. I’ve been so excited to see all of the ways this has helped give people in Bangladesh clean water.
