About charity: water
charity: water is a nonprofit organization bringing clean and safe water to people around the world. We work with local partners to implement sustainable, community-owned water projects and prove each one with photos and GPS coordinates.
A private group of philanthropists cover our operating costs so that 100% of all public donations can directly fund clean water projects.

Thank you all so much for all your contributions. Even though the goal wasn't met, I am grateful that we were able to raise enough money to be able to provide 11 people with clean water. I will be sure to keep you all updated on wher the water goes. Again, thank you very much. Could not have asked for a better birthday.
