1 in 10 people in this world lack access to clean water.
We’re on a mission to change that!
Inspired by a trip to Africa, where we learnt that millions of people walk up to 40km every day to collect water that’s not safe, we at Walkers4Water want to raise awareness of the global water crisis and funds that save lives.
Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!
Did you know 663 million people in the world live without clean water? That’s nearly 1 in 10 people worldwide. The majority live in isolated rural areas and spend hours every day walking to collect water for their family. Not only does walking for water keep children out of school or take up time that adults could be using to earn money, but the water often carries diseases that can make everyone sick
But access to clean water means education, income and health - especially for women and kids
Since 2017, we have raised USD$35,000 for Charity:Water, a non-profit organisation bringing clean, safe drinking water to people in developing countries.
We are completely self-funded, and 100% of donations go to our water projects with Charity: Water
100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
All donations made to Walkers4Water’s campaign

Diseases from unsafe water and lack of basic sanitation kill more people every year than all forms of violence, including war. Your donation will help change that.
100% of the money raised by this campaign is being used to bring clean water to help those in need. In 21 months we’ll be able to show you exactly where the money went and who it helped.
