About charity: water
charity: water is a nonprofit organization bringing clean and safe water to people around the world. We work with local partners to implement sustainable, community-owned water projects and prove each one with photos and GPS coordinates.
A private group of philanthropists cover our operating costs so that 100% of all public donations can directly fund clean water projects.

Thank you all so much for contributing to this fund. I've been wanting to do this for a few years and am so glad to have like-minded friends, colleagues, and family. I was scared I would not hit my goal but am happy to say we are $150+ over goal- which means this campaign will allowing 20+ people clean water in developing countries.
