Originally I started this campaign while thru hiking New Zealand, and now that Im back in Canada I thought Id keep it going and attempt to raise more money with new challenges I take on. Most recently I traveled to Calgary and destroyed my legs in their marathon. This was on May 28, exactly a month after returning from NZ. I was hoping hiking would trnalsate to distance running more, but overall Im happy with my time of 3hr 30min. Please donate to a worth cause, and stay tuned for the next challenge!

The Te Araroa Trail in New Zealand is a 3,000km trail spanning the entire length of the country. I've made it a challenge by attempting to complete the trail in 100days, and on April 15 I did just that, 94days.

It was an incredible experience, and a great challenge. About half way through I wanted to walk for something other than myself, and so my campaign was born. Although my trek is over and I've returned to Wildfire Fighting work, I still invite to to donate to this wonderful cause. Thank you, and Happy Trails.

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.
