On July 29th I'll be running the Wipro marathon in San Francisco, my first in a couple years. 26.2 miles is thirsty business, and during the months of June and July I'll also be raising funds for a good cause - $524 for those without clean drinking water.

$524 goes a long way, just take a look at the OPEN+ link above (right side above the video). $524 provides clean water to 26 people/5 families that otherwise would be wearing out their own shoes in search of water that is drinkable.

You may see a photo of a rain barrel or two in my feed - like charity : water, I am in the business of water infrastructure, a daily reminder that carrying water any distance is a heavy load. (8+ lbs per gallon.)

Please consider a small donation. ($15 dollars for those who need a starting number.) All proceeds go to a project that we will be able to see at the time of installation. Donations are possible up to July 20 (campaign rules) and I will be tweeting my progress along the way @shotgun.
