Have you ever said, “I’m dying of thirst?” If so, I bet you didn't really mean it.

Can you imagine waking up to no clean drinking or bath water?

If you’re like me, you don’t spend too much time thinking about water (anymore-read below!) because it's everywhere we go. When we’re thirsty, we flip a handle or push a button. When we’re dirty, we twist a shower knob. When our garden needs watering, when we use the bathroom -- water is just an arm's length away.

But, I too, grew up with limited access to clean water and had to depend on these wells alone for my only source of truly clean water.

In many developing countries, much like where I grew up, women and children walk for hours, up and down mountains, just to collect water that can make them really sick.
