Help me play a small part in changing something big.

Can you imagine a world without fresh water? Can you imagine a world where water does not simply come out of taps? Clean. Fresh. Yet there are 800 million people on the planet who don't have clean water. People who need to walk kilometres to reach freshwater wells, where access to water means hours of painful and exhausting work. People who cannot take at least one shower every day.

We live in a world where many things are taken for granted and we seldom realise what we actually have. Therefore my birthday wish this year is not for gifts. I am turning 22 and instead of asking for presents, I am asking for a donation. My wish is to give clean and safe water to some of the billion living without it. Help me play a small part in changing something big. Help me change the lives of women and children in the Sahel and donate to my campaign. Help me offering simple things that work. Things like freshwater wells, rainwater catchments and sand filters. Help me raise hope for people in need!

Charity:water is a non-profit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. 100% of all donations directly fund water projects. Once my project is finished, charity: water will send each person who donates proof in pictures and GPS coordinates, showing us the actual outcome and regular updates.
