Most coffee lovers know that a great cup of brewed coffee is 98% water. Most of us take it for granted that we can simply open our tap and have access to clean, fresh potable water to drink or even brew a great cup of coffee. Unfortunately this is not true for over 1.1 billion people or nearly one-sixth of the worlds population. Access to clean drinking water is an especially critical issue for the more than 25 million coffee growers worldwide. That is why we are so excited to have found Charity Water and their ability to make giving and making a tangible impact so easy and also so creatively.
We believe that clean drinking water is a fundamental human right, that is why we have started this campaign to raise $5,000 in 90 days to bring clean drinking water to 250 people or 50 families through Charity Water. Won't you join us to help bring clean drinking water to those who need it most.
For those of you who donate $50 or more, Plowshares will send you a complimentary 12 oz. bag of fresh roasted coffee. Since Charity Water and Plowshares do not exchange data with one another, please register your name and shipping information at:
http://www.plowsharescoffee.com/login.asp
Please make sure you use the same name that you made your donation in so we can easily verify.
Thanks for making a difference.

Thanks for setting this up, Anthony. Great work (and still, the BEST coffee! : )
