Surprise! We eloped on March 17th (our 6th anniversary) in Denver, CO. We are very fortunate to already have more than we could possibly ever need, so in lieu of any gifts we are asking for donations to help fund clean water projects for those who don’t have access to a basic human need.
As most of you know, Sheena has been fundraising for charity: water by giving up her birthday for almost 10 years after Scott Harrison spoke at a Zappos All Hands meeting. Martin shares her passion for doing good in the world so this seems to be the perfect fit for anyone who chooses to give anything in celebration of our marriage. Our birthdays also both fall in the timeframe this campaign is open (Martin is 03/25 and Sheena is 05/22) so we will be asking for birthday donations as well. Thank you for supporting us and helping provide clean water to people all over the world!
