Hi there - we're the Cohen Group NW, a team of real estate agents at Muljat Group in Bellingham, WA.

Way back when Leo Cohen started the team, he decided that for every home we help someone buy or sell, we'd make a donation to a worthy organization: charity:water.

After that, our Clean Water Happy Hours were born. Every month we'd pay for guests' first drink at Overflow Taps, a local pub, and part of the proceeds would also be donated to charity:water. It became a social highlight- meeting friends and neighbors over a beer in a no-pressure, high-fun environment.

Even though the happy hours are on pause (this picture was from one of our last events), the giving hasn't stopped! When you trust our team to broker a home sale or purchase, we're still committed to doing our part to help others obtain a necessary resource that is so easy to take for granted.
