Hi friends, family and loved ones,
I recently landed my dream job in NYC: fundraising for charity: water, a nonprofit that brings clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries.
As I enter my LATE TWENTIES (whatt) and embrace adulthood, I'm feeling incredibly privileged and blessed to:
1) have lived my life in a country where access to clean water is something we don't even think about.
2) have developed relationships with kind, generous friends and family who care deeply about making the world a better place.
3) be in a position (professionally) to make a difference in the lives of others.
For my 26th bday I want to combine all 3 of those factors and SPONSOR A WATER PROJECT FOR CHARITY: WATER. Now, water projects cost a min of $6k. I set this goal at $2,600 to be realistic, but if you can help me reach $6k, WOW THAT WOULD BE AMAZING.
Absolutely anything you can give is a huge help! charity: water's 100% model means that 100% of your donations will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, we'll send photos and GPS coordinates so you can see the exact community this campaign helped.

Diseases from unsafe water and lack of basic sanitation kill more people every year than all forms of violence, including war. Your donation will help change that.
100% of the money raised by this campaign is being used to bring clean water to help those in need. In 21 months we’ll be able to show you exactly where the money went and who it helped.
