Every day, 5,000 kids under the age of 5 die from water-related illnesses. I'm going to help change that!

This year, I am becoming a Bat Mitzvah, and for my Mitzvah Project, I am raising money that will be used for building a special piece of equipment that will help the people of Africa have access to clean water.

Clean drinking water is a basic human need and 800 million people on the planet don't have access to it.

I'm on a mission to change this. Instead of supporting me with Bat Mitzvah gifts or money, I'm asking you and anyone we know to donate so we can fund water projects in developing countries. 100% of every dollar we raise goes toward project costs. And when the projects are finished (about 18 months), charity: water will show us the exact communities they helped.
