This year, on March 20th I will be celebrating my "Golden Birthday as I turn 20 years old. It is my wish for my birthday that I can celebrate in the gift of life as my friends, family, community, teachers, coworkers and anyone else that has touched and blessed my life band together to raise money to go toward a clean water project in a third world country.

I am not asking for any gifts, but instead would rather you donate as much or as little as you can. Every little bit helps, so even if you can't make the $20 that is recommended, see if you can't spare $5. If you feel moved to donate more, feel free to do so!

Help to make this wish and this dream of a better life a reality for the most needy and poorest people of the world. We are called to be good stewards of the world, and are taught that every life is beautiful and important. Let's show that we care and band together.

We are a blessed people, the most blessed on the planet. If we are thirsty we go to the kitchen and turn on the faucet. We have reliable electricity 24/7 and we rarely ever have to worry about where our next meal is coming from. This is not the case for everyone. We are blessed, so let's be a blessing to the world.
