2 years ago, on this day in 2011, I raised $1,032 for clean water around the world.

It just so happens that my birthday is on the same day as World Water Day. This is no coincidence.

I love water. I understand how important it is for a healthy lifestyle. For most of us, health means going to the gym, being active, playing sports, eating well, etc.

But for the millions of people around the world who don't have access to clean water... it's just about staying alive. And they can't do it without water.

Since I've never been big on the birthday celebration thing -- and lord knows I don't need any more "stuff" -- I'm not asking anyone for either of these things.

I am asking you to help me bring clean water to 25 people ($500). Every single dollar counts. Even the smallest of donations is sending a message that says, "I care."
