What can we do withouth water? NOTHING!
All doctors tell you to drink 8- 8 oz of water per day. When exercising, you need to keep hydrated so your body stays fit even days before your competition.
Imagine those who lack this basic necessity - how can you even think of education and having a future if you are so thirsty that you are even willing to drink polluted water.
Let's come together and give this basic human need and the opportunity for health, nutrition and a brighter future!
