Clean water is something we so easily take for granted here in America. Our access is pretty much unlimited, but for those living in Rwanda it’s a different story. Not only do they have to walk miles to find water but on top of that it’s not clean or safe for them and their families to drink. I’ve been to Africa a number of times and even though I personally haven’t been to Rwanda, I do understand the enormous need for clean water.

Charity Water has been on my radar for the past year or so and this year I am jumping onboard to help raise money for this incredible cause. I’m hoping to raise $2,800 for my 28th birthday coming up (Sept 21st).

100% of donations received will go directly to the Rulindo District, helping those in need gain access to clean, safe drinking water. When those projects are complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the impact we made.

I believe that together we can make a difference in the lives of others and help bring clean water to the people living in Rwanda.
