This year I'm celebrating my birthday differently:

Women and children around the world walk hours every day to collect water for their families. Many times the only water they can find can make them and their families sick. I'm raising money for this campaign to help women around the world gain their independence through providing access to clean water.

100% of the money we raise will directly fund sustainable water projects around the world. These programs TEACH people to build wells and water transportation systems, rather than just give out clean water.

When those projects are complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the impact we made.
