Hi friends, family & yogis,
For my birthday, like last year, I'd like to raise funds for Charity Water, my favorite charity for Christmas.
One of the things I always ask my new students is, "do you drink water"? Often, people forget how easy it is to be healthy - to drink clean water, every day, to fuel your mind & body.
Also, most of us forgot what it is like to be thirsty - we got plenty of things to drink, all of the time. Even our tap & toilet water is clean!
Many people around the world do not have that luxury. Every day (literally - every day) 1,400 children die from drinking unsafe water and poor sanitation. Still, it does not have to be like that. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.
I set up this charity campaign to help build these types of projects around the world. Would you like to help?
Thank you so much for your donation - 100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, Charity Water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
Thank you,
& you,
& you
Sofie
