2. While also making a positive contribution to a world that really needs it right now.

Here's what I'm proposing:

You get my legendary Get Better in December Program.

This program is usually only available to people in my MFA program.

(and it's the reason all my MF'ers get fitter during the holidays. Like who does that!?!)

This is a customized training program that I’m going to design for YOU - based on your experience, and your areas of strength and weakness.

Are you a runner who needs extra core and upper body? I got you covered.

Someone just getting off the couch for the first time? Come to mama.

This is not just some generic 20 min program that you could grab off Youtube.

And in exchange I ask you to make a *minimum* donation of $99 to help people who need water.

If we get $10K we will be responsible for building a well!

(AND responsible for making ourselves even healthier over the holidays!)

I want to expand the concept of 'feeling good' to something more globally minded, something that recognizes that not everyone has the same options to feel good.

And think about this:

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean, which is absurd.

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.
