We Inspire, Love, Dream, & Empower through GiVing.

My heart to serve others as well as connect others with ways to give and serve. I recently finished the book Thirst and was moved by this charity. I am inspired by how it is making a sustainable impact through bringing others clean water.

Did you know that every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation? It doesn’t have to be that way and we can be part of the solution. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

Even though I'm not one to celebrate my birthday, I felt led to start this campaign. It would be one of the best presents to have YOU learn more about charity:water, be inspired to start your own campaign or charity, be encouraged to pursue your passion project, and/or join me in giving to help charity: water build water projects around the world.

I invite YOU to join me and if you are willing, please donate to my campaign -- anything you can give is appreciated. I’d love to challenge you to donate $44 or the number of years you have known me (even $1 makes a difference!) in celebration of my birthday :) If you are not able to support financially, please share about this campaign.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped. I cannot wait to share this with you!

In addition to the making a difference in others' health, education, and time, we are furthering women's empowerment. When a community gets water, women and girls get their lives back. They start businesses, improve their homes, and take charge of their own futures.
