Every day, 5,000 kids under the age of 5 die from water-related illnesses. I'm gonna help change that!

Update: We've already hit $1000! Thank you so much! I'm not going to adjust the goal to the right because all of you deserved to be recognized for hitting it. (But that doesn't mean that we can't obliterate it!)

I'm not here to guilt you. Lord knows I can party with the best of 'em.

But every once in a while the world tasks you with doing something bigger. Challenging what you feel may be your natural limits to create a lasting impact.

While individually we may feel that a few dollars is insignificant, together we can create an effort that dramatically changes the lives of people who don't enjoy the good fortune in resources that most of of the people who will see this link do.

Instead of buying me a beer at the bar...give someone else a shot at having a better life through something we take for granted; access to clean water.

Reaching my goal of $1000 would mean more than anything else I could ask for...I hope you'll take a moment to join me in being a part of charity:water's efforts.
