Dear friends,

I just finished a simple 5-day fast for my health, in which I drank lots of water. Boy, by day 2 I was already complaining that all I could have was water, simple, plain, pure alkaline water, how boring and torturous is that, right? Then I suddenly realized that so many people in this world don't even HAVE clean drinking water (let alone alkaline) and the last thing on their mind is probably a fast, since they are always fasting, involuntarily... Especially with Thanksgiving approaching, I realized I am so grateful for just simple clean water.

'My Charity: water" is an awesome online tool to raise a little money that goes a long way. So how about spending $5 less at the supermarket this week and donate, just a few bucks is already great :)

Imagine: just $20 gives someone clean water for twenty years. And just $250 gives two families of six clean water. These are small amounts of cash to us. They are years of life for others.
