It's easy to forget how fortunate we are, taking for granted our lovely homes, faithful friends and more. Not to mention every day we mindlessly use (and often waste) life's most basic need: water. We've no idea what it's like to be thirsty let alone to have to walk miles just to get water. We simply turn on the tap, and water comes out. Clean. Yet there are 660+ million people in the world who don't have clean water. That is one in eleven people!
charity:water is an organization that uses 100% of donations to build clean water projects around the world with private donors funding the operating costs. Help my bday wish come true by granting others wish for clean water and I'll run a mile in honor of your donation!
