Many of us have no idea what it's really like to be thirsty. Imagine sweating and straining to haul contaminated water back to your family. Imagine suffering from preventable illnesses like worms, dysentery or other diarrheal diseases.
After learning more about charity: water's work to fight the global water crisis, I figured I could help make a difference. In 2013, I began a campaign of stupid stunts to raise $2,000 to build clean water projects for people in need, and we crushed it!
I was so thrilled with the outpouring of support from everyone that I've decided to do another round of fundraising. I'm still coming up with the details and what exactly we'll do to encourage donations this time around (maybe not watch Gigli ten times in a row), but rest assured this will be a sequel that does not disappoint.
