Yo ho, I'm running the liverpool 10k around sefton park to try beat my shitty manchester 10k time. But thought id run for charity again too. charity:water looks pretty good, the admin costs are covered by specific donators, so all of your money goes 100% directly to clean water pumps. You cant really start to help yourself unless you have clean water and loads of deaths are contaminated water related.
