I don't need anything for my birthday but millions of people around the world need clean water. Please give to them
I love birthdays but would like to help more people reach more birthdays around the world. So this year I'm asking for my age in dollars from everyone I know. Every penny of the money raised will directly fund clean water projects in developing countries. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 21 months). That means we'll know the locations and names of the communities we helped.
I have seen first hand the water crisis and tried to help while in Uganda. Now that I am away, this is the next best thing to me.
