This year I celebrated my birthday a little differently. I donated my birthday to Charity: Water. I didn't ask for presents or drinks. I asked my friends to help raise money for clean water. I recently learned that millions of kids around the world don't live to see their fifth birthday because they don't have access to clean, safe drinking water. We can help change that.
Although my birthday has passed, I'm still asking for my age (29) in dollars from everyone I know. Every penny of the money raised will directly fund clean water projects in developing countries. Charity: Water will show us exactly which project we fund, once they've raised the appropriate money to complete the project. Please note: 100% of your donation goes directly towards the given project.
