Most years on my birthday I get pretty thirsty for a cold one - and this year is no different, but after 25 years of life I finally realized that I'm not the only one that's thirsty on my birthday.
This year, the tables have turned slightly. I don't want drinks or presents from anyone. Instead of buying me a drink or giving me a present, give a child a drink (no not that kind!). I'm talking about access to clean water....
I'm talking about kids that don't have the opportunity to casually stroll over to the fridge for a Coconut Water, Vitamin Water or any water for that matter. Women & their children walk many miles and spend many hours every day retrieving water for their families. And the worst part you ask? The H2O they collect frequently makes them sick. This is no bueno.
So let's buy these kids some drinks! 100% of all donations we raise will directly fund clean water projects around the world. When those projects are complete, Charity Water will send us photos so we can tangibly see the difference we made.
This year, don't have a beer for me, donate, then celebrate your generosity with 2 beers - cheers-ing to the kids! Any amount you can afford would be greatly appreciated. I'm excited about what we can do here because I know we can make an impact. Everything helps. Happy birthday to me and happy clean water for our new friends around the globe.
All donations are 100% tax deductible! Please ask me for a receipt if interested!
Best Regards,
Johnny
Well done, Johnny!
