Every day, 5,000 kids under the age of 5 die from water-related illnesses. Let's help change that!
We use water daily, usually without any thought. We take long showers, do multiple loads of laundry, run the dishwasher more often than we probably should, not to mention the numerous times we drink water throughout the day. Limited access to clean, safe drinking water is endangering the lives of people around the globe. With your help, I would like to change that.
If you can, please donate to this campaign to help provide access to clean water around the globe. Because operating costs are covered by private donations, every penny of the money raised will directly fund clean water projects in developing countries. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll know the locations and names of the communities we helped.
